Davidson Chalmers Stewart at Scottish Resources Conference 2022

The Davidson Chalmers Stewart Environmental Team will be attending the Scottish Resources Conference 2022 in Perth on 15 November.
The team has substantial experience of advising in the resources and waste management sector, acting on behalf of clients involved with waste management, disposal and treatment activities, energy from waste and other forms of environmental management.
Our expertise extends over a diverse range of issues such as the interpretation of legislation, definition and classification of waste, environmental taxes, enforcement action including environmental notices and producer responsibility, appeals and litigation, duty of care, transport regulation and logistics, and general compliance with wider environmental objectives, policies and guidance.
The team includes two Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialists in Environmental Law, out of only three in Scotland.
