Scottish Resources Conference 2019

Date: 26/09/2019 | DCS News, Environmental

The Davidson Chalmers Stewart team has substantial experience in advising in the Environment and Waste Management sector acting on behalf of clients involved with waste management, disposal and treatment activities, waste-to-energy and other forms of environmental management.

Our expertise extends over a diverse range of issues such as the interpretation of legislation, definition and classification of waste, environmental notices, appeals and litigation, the duty of handling care, transport regulation and logistics, and general compliance with wider environmental objectives, policies and guidance.

As Head of the Environment and Waste Team and Chartered member of the CIWM I will be attending this year’s Scottish Resources Conference  and Awards Dinner at the Perth Concert Hall on the 1st & 2nd October. I will also be a member of the panel at this year's Resilience talk taking place on Wednesday afternoon. Once again Davidson Chalmers Stewart is proud to be sponsoring the Innovation Award and we want to wish all the finalists the very best of luck.  I will also be tweeting live from the event on both days.  Please get in touch using the details below if you would like to arrange to meet up.

Let's Talk

A typical law firm? Not really. But a partner for the people and businesses we work with? Absolutely.

Our determination to do things a better way is nothing without our clients. So if you like what you see and think we’d make a good team, let’s talk. Pick up the phone and call us direct or make specific enquiries to our individual email addresses across the website. Alternatively use the form to submit general questions and comments.

Either way, we’ll get the message.
