Linards Lūks

Linards joined Davidson Chalmers Stewart in the firm’s Corporate team in 2023 as a Solicitor based in Glasgow.

He advises clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including on the sale and purchase of companies / businesses, incorporations, debt and equity funding, shareholder agreements and share option schemes. He advises a range of clients from start-ups to large private companies across all sectors. 

He also has experience in advising both franchisee and franchisor clients on various franchising matters.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his young family. He is also a self-professed Volvo enthusiast and according to his family, at times spends too much time searching out new and usually less than economical projects.
