Stephen joined Kergan Stewart, now Davidson Chalmers Stewart, in 2016 from Brodies and is experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He has a particular focus on the sale and purchase of companies / businesses, debt and equity funding, shareholder agreements and share option schemes and acts for clients across all sectors.
In addition to advising clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, Stephen tutors on corporate law on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Glasgow University.
Stephen also has a maths, statistics and accounting degree and worked as a futures trader at a privately owned proprietary trading firm for a number of years prior to joining the legal profession.
In his spare time he can be found at Bellahouston Judo Club training for his third dan in judo.
