Davidson Chalmers Stewart Steers Successful Judicial Review of Marine Scotland Decision-Making

Davidson Chalmers Stewart welcomes the judgment of Lord Braid in the petition, by our clients, The Open Seas Trust, for Judicial Review of Marine Scotland’s approach to routine licensing decisions.
