All Energy 2014 – A Must Attend!
The world is full of talking shops. If I wanted to I could spend a lot of my time at this conference, that seminar … all to what end? Well some events are worth going to for garnering information, some for networking and some for giving a veneer of relevance.
However, I’m inclined to the view that too often such events are a waste of time at least for those who are actually involved in delivering real projects. That’s why I am selective in what I do and don’t attend.
Next week is one of those select events when the renewables world congregates on Aberdeen for All Energy 2014. It’s a melting pot for our industry and something of a must attend event. I will be there. I’ll be reflecting in the next few weeks on the event and what happens. If you’re going to be there let me know and perhaps we can connect. If you’re not going to be there it’s not too late … unless of course you need accommodation. In that case best book for 2015 now!
