Arveen is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate team and specialises in company and commercial law.
His practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work including advising clients on business acquisitions and sales, commercial contracts, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, business start-ups and general corporate governance.
Arveen plays an active role in firm’s membership of Globalaw, one of the leading international legal networks. He previously completed the Globalaw Leadership Programme and is now a member of the Globalaw Business Development Committee. He also acts as a Mentor for the University of Edinburgh Commercial Law Society.
