Nicola’s broad range of experience in all aspects of real estate transactions encompasses acquisitions and disposals, corporate support, real estate finance, portfolio management (across a variety of sectors) and cross border transactions, alongside advising on property and financing of renewable energy projects for onshore, offshore and hydro schemes.
Nicola’s background in private practice and as in-house counsel has enhanced her commercial awareness of the property market and given her a key appreciation of her clients’ needs. A keen understanding of corporate governance and regulatory matters translates into her advice and tailored means of delivery to those she is working with.
Outside of Davidson Chalmers Stewart, Nicola is kept on her toes by her young family and enjoys spending lots of quality time with them on the west coast of Scotland.
