I’m a Partner in the Davidson Chalmers Stewart Real Estate Department working across the retail and leisure sectors, business space and commercial and residential development and investment, often with a cross-border angle.

Recent deals include disposing £55m of student accommodation assets; acting on behalf of a FTSE 250 financial services company acquiring new flagship premises in Edinburgh; advising a Government Agency relocating to major new offices in Glasgow and advising a major law firm in relocating to new offices in Edinburgh.
