I am a Director in the Real Estate Department at Davidson Chalmers Stewart.
I have a general commercial property background and advise varying types and sizes of business on a range of property transactions.
This includes advising clients on the sale and purchase of commercial property, advising both landlord and tenant on commercial leases, dealing with related lending and security aspects on property transactions, as well as assisting our Corporate Department with property aspects of corporate transactions.
I have a particular interest in commercial leases which has become a focus of my work.
