Sharon works in the firm’s Corporate team as an Associate, having joined in 2023.
Sharon is experienced in a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including private M&A, corporate reorganisations, commercial contracts and intellectual property. She advises a range of clients, including OMBs, SMEs and national businesses across various sectors.
She also has experience of working in the music and fashion industries and has a keen interest in brand protection.
Sharon prides herself on her solutions driven approach, brand mentality and focus on client care.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and can usually be found in the remote countryside, whether that be horse riding or long-distance walking.
