Craig is a partner and head of the Davidson Chalmers Stewart Corporate team. His focus is corporate finance with a particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
He also regularly advises our clients on a range of other corporate and commercial matters including business start-ups, debt and equity funding, group reorganisations and restructurings, partnership advice and commercial contracts.
