Michelle is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal in Company Secretarial and deals with providing company secretarial services to a wide range of small, medium and large private companies.
This includes but is not limited to incorporating new companies and LLPs, assistance with company and corporate guidelines, drafting and producing documents for statutory filing with Companies House, liaising with Companies House, recording and holding company information with company books, ensuring accuracy and maintenance of company statutory registers. Michelle also works alongside colleagues on transactional matters within the wider corporate team.
Away from the office, she loves spending time with family and friends, hitting the road on her e-bike, knitting or chilling out with a good book
