I have over 30 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial law and have been a Partner in both Biggart Baillie and Brodies. I became a Partner in Kergan Stewart, now Davidson Chalmers Stewart, in early 2016 and switched to a consultancy role in May 2024. I currently split my time between that role and my role as General Counsel at Aridhia Informatics, a healthcare informatics company.
I have a wealth of experience exclusively in corporate and corporate finance work and provide specialist advice to a wide range of UK and international companies. I specialise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, equity funding and AIM related work.
I have an impressive track record of transactions, acting for start ups to PLCs. I provide first class legal as well as commercial and practical business advice to my clients.
Between Davidson Chalmers Stewart and Aridhia, I am kept pretty busy. However, when I do have some spare time I like to spend it playing golf or sailing.
