As a Partner in the Davidson Chalmers Stewart Commercial Property Department, my practice is focused upon clients involved in residential development and construction work.

As well as acquiring sites for property development, I also produce agreements for option and development before building works commences, provide documentation such as the building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties required before construction work can commence, and then negotiate contracts for leasing and investment once it is completed.

Experience in the Following Sectors:

Not only do we have lawyers who are acknowledged leaders in their field who have been working in the housebuilding industry for most of their careers and understand the business of housebuilding, we also have expert lawyers in every area that may help you develop your plans from Planning & Environmental experts to Corporate and Real Estate expertise.
