Martin joined the firm in November 2023 and is an Associate within the Dispute Resolution team.
Martin advises on a diverse caseload of highly complex litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, fraud-related debt recoveries (pre and post insolvency), commercial disputes (including shareholders disputes), commercial property litigation, and judicial reviews. He appears regularly in the Sheriff Court on behalf of clients for both procedural and substantive matters and has dealt with a wide range of disputes in the Court of Session.
Employing a strategic and client-focused approach, Martin is dedicated to providing clear options and achieving favourable outcomes for his clients, which include private businesses, charities, public bodies, and regulators.
Outside of work, Martin’s interests include History, contemporary fiction literature, theatre, and classic and contemporary opera.
